PoC Trial-Interface report
The following points were formulated following the Trial, in regards to the Interface used. The issues raised will be valid regardless of the authoring environment for the future Generator version of the Interface.
Items are presented in the format of the proposed development path:

upgrade slider resolution (for percent and RGB values) to more appropriate levels

key input for controllers
display of controller values

lock and/or group controllers

add rotational controller
ver1.5
mouse_drag objects, switchable on or off

multiple objects on stage at once, switchable via menu for controller manipulation
ver2.1
xmlLoadAndSend port for transfer of controller values via TCP/IP stack to the Sequencer, two-way stream
These items were initially proposed following the Trial and were based on the assupmtion that the Interface/Generator would be written in Actionscript. The broadening scope of the project has meant the possible use of Lingo or Delphi as an alternative. Decision will be based firstly on the flexibility of each environment to deliver the appropriate controls and lastly on the ease of programming.
