Coding of Projector_display
As per the planning session, a need has been identified for a program that will grab an area of the desktop screen and redraw it on the extended desktop monitor. This allows operator screen resolution to differ from projector screen resolution.
Version 1 coded and has problems re-sizing to desired scale.
Version 2 coding to commence in a day or two.
